Privacy Policy

Fitrium is gym-management software used by fitness, boxing and martial arts gyms to run their business. This policy covers the Fitrium website and the Fitrium member app. If you are a member of a gym, that gym decides what information to keep about you, and Fitrium stores and processes it on the gym's behalf.

When you connect the app using your personal member code, the app shows information your gym already holds about your membership:

• Your name and membership status, plan, and renewal date
• Your check-in (visit) history and payment history
• Your gym's class schedule
• A QR code used to check in at reception

The app stores your member code on your device so it can keep you signed in. You can remove it any time with “Disconnect”.

The app uses your camera only to scan your membership QR code when you choose to. Camera images are never stored or sent anywhere — only the code that the QR contains is read.

If you allow notifications, your gym can send you membership reminders (for example, when your membership is about to expire). To do this we store a device notification token. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone settings.

Information is used only to provide the service: to show your membership, let you check in, and let your gym communicate with you about your membership. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your information is visible to your own gym's staff and is kept separate from every other gym. We use trusted service providers to run Fitrium — including Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (gym subscription billing) and Expo (push notifications). These providers process data only to operate the service.

Data is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls so each gym can only reach its own data. Your gym controls how long your records are kept. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact your gym, or email us at support@fitrium.ae.

Fitrium is intended for gym staff and members. Where a gym enrolls minors, the gym is responsible for obtaining any parental consent required by local law.
